Guidelines/Precautions:

Use for a maximum of 8 hours per day
Do not sleep while wearing contact lenses
Do not share contact lenses
Use only fresh contact lens disinfecting solution in your case. Never water or saliva
Keep water away from your contact lenses
Rub and rise your contact lenses with contact lens disinfecting solution
Do not wear dammaged and/or unclean contact lenses
Do not wear contact lenses if you're using eye medication
Use for a maximum of 3 months after opening.
PRIMAL Contact Lenses are intended for customers 16 years of age or older.
DO NOT wear PRIMAL Contact Lenses if you’ve had laser eye treatment unless you’ve had a lens fitting by a licensed Optometrist.

The lenses are not "one size fits all" but they do fit about 80% of people. People with astigmatism may need a prescription lenses. A contact lenses fitting with an optometrist is recommended if you are not sure.
