Ben Nye Fresh Scab - 1oz
Authentically stained with a brown tint for an exposed, dried colorization, this blood maintains a jelly-like consistency for blood clotting effects. The same concept as thick and paste blood, but it's more creamed. May stain some fabrics. If dried out, reintroduce water and allow it to absorb in a closed container over night.
Directions: There are a myriad of ways you can use Fresh Scab to simulate injuries. A stainless steel spatula can be an ideal tool for removing it from the container and applying.
Create raised blood texture by using a stipple sponge to blot specks of blood onto the face or body. For brutal special effects textures, stipple Fresh Scab onto injuries with our Texture Brushes. To age any prosthetic wound, fill the depths of the simulated injury with Fresh Scab to provide an oxidized effect. You can create a scabbed split in the bridge of the nose, or in an eyebrow with a precise application of Fresh Scab with a Flat Brush (FB) or Round Point (RS) Brush.
Remove with Hydra Cleanse or soap and water.
Caution: Keep out of reach of children. Do not use in eyes. If contact accurs, flush with water. Discontinue use if irritation occurs. May stain some fabric
