16 inch Northstar Jelli Ombre Foil Balloons can make any number for birthdays, anniversaries and special events! They look great on centerpieces, banners, and signs. The front of the balloon is a translucent pastel ombre, and the back is a solid silver foil. Must air fill only, too small to float with helium.
